Google AdWords querystring problem

On 19-12 I received an answer from Google . Their Tech department is now looking over my question. I’ll keep you updated about any news.

You can try to use an uppercase Q for Google. Worked for me.

Just one question to this older thread.

Google is rejecting a campaign with error "destination url not available", and I read (here: http://www.internet-marketing-inside.de/Google-AdWords/Ablehnung-Ziel-URL-funktioniert-nicht.jsp, German) that this may be problem related to the glcid Parameter Google is adding to the page url when tracking of Analytics and Adwords is combined.

I'm speaking of MODx Evo 1.0.5 with SEO friendly urls turned on.

Does the above solution help with that problem, too? Think no, or? But besides, where would you put this uppercase Q in?
