I’ve been looking at ModX code and found the content menu. I’d like to add actions to create new documents based on custom templates.
Basically I’m studying the possiblity of using custom templates and TVs instead of fixed tables to persist model data. This would be pretty sweet and is feasible. I’d just like to know if there is an API to app content menu actions or do I have to patch l0mnu.php and create a new action?
What do you think of this approach ? Should I just use a module for this ?
Great job on ModX, it has potential just lacks a better ORM and I believe there are some integration issues with custom code and the manager.
