Unpublish does not work

Since a few days I’m trying to understand why my "outdated" pages won’t go offline?

Days before I had the parse error problem with documents to be published in the future. So I found a solution described here http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,4528.0.html
So now the news were published on the defined date. But they won’t get OFFLINE! And I have no idea why!

Has anyone same problem?

Version? Server environment?

This is my second problem.
I updated from MODx 0.9.1 (rev 646) to 0.9.2.1 (downloaded it two days ago) - but it shows still version MODx 0.9.1 (rev 646) on top?!

Anyhow, I don’t think it is a problem with the server, because I tested it on two different environments.
Live-Server is running OSX 10.? and my Demo-Server is running on SUSE 9.3.
I don’t know exactly the versions of PHP and MySQL on the systems - but I think they are not the problem.

My underlying problem is I have website with MODx and a different News-System on another server.
Now the news should be converted/copied from the News DB to the MODx DB. This is working fabulous!
But the news won’t go offline. But if I "edit" one of these documents, make no changes, just save them - guess what - it goes offline?!

It also seems that the time between publish date and unpublish date must have a certain size.
I created a document in MODx on 21:10 which should be published at 21:20 and go offline on 21:30.
The document appeared at the correct time, but doesn’t went offline at 21:30.
So I tried 22:00 online and 05:30 offline - and it works.

Scheduled publishing is broken in that version. Try the latest beta - it’s pretty stable and the scheduled publishing works.
