Hardcode emails

In the manager in Tools\Configuration\User settings it’s possible to setup the Signup, Web Signup and the Web Reminder Email. The problem is that those email are hardcoded.. I cant have diferents versions (each for each language).

I hope it’s possible to found a way to deal with this.

Maybe chunks could be utilised to support the multiple languages in some way? Or, have the ability to register alternative settings for each language that somebody would wish to have on the site (with an option to dynamically switch between the values to edit them).

Chunks seems to be the easiest way!

Could you put this in as a feature request to the bug tracker ... it will probably have to wait until after 0.9.5 so we don’t want to lose this.
