Appending Value onto string returned by @INHERIT

Hi, not sure if this is the correct forum.

What I’d like to do is append a string onto the value returned when a TV contains @INHERIT so that I can customise specific "content footer" without using another TV (which now that I think of it might actually make sense).

Do you know of a way to do this?
