Select the Template Variable tab in DocManager.
Select the Template that the TV is attached to using the radio buttons and the TVs should appear.
Fill in the value you want to give the TV.
Select the document IDs of the documents you want to change the TV on. Using 8**, for the document ID, for example, will change the TV value for document 8 and all it’s descendants in the tree. Using 8**,12**,15** will change the TV for documents 8, 12, and 15, and all their descendants. Using 8* will just change document 8 and it’s immediate children.
I think my doc manager is screwed up. No changes I make there have any effect on my site. When I choose my criteria and click submit the screen goes blank....I check my site no change even on a very simple criteria such as "1" or "1*". I’ve tried 1-20, 1*-9*.....nothing ever happens. I’m assuming that isn’t normal?
