More data in eForm

Can help me somebody how can I set in ContactForm more like

<label for="cfName">&nbsp;Nume Prenume:&nbsp;&nbsp;

<label for="cfEmail">&nbsp;Adresa de e-mail:
<input name="email" id="cfEmail" size="50" class="text" type="text" eform="Email Address:email:1" /> </label>

maybe Phone number. I want people who contact me can write in contact form: name, email, phone nr and subject.

Can help me somebody.

Just add the fields you want to the chunk. Make sure they have the eform attribute. Their values will be available as [+field-name+].

I put the code in ContactForm and the code is ok. I try to use, I compleet all lines (name, mail, phone, message), default appear in message what I recived (name, mail and message ) but phone number not. Look follow recived mail:

Dont need to add some settings in other files in eForm or I don`t know?

Yes. You have to add a line for the new field in the report, using the [+phone+] placeholder.
