I have CSV file and i tried to import it to TXNewsletters, but i get this error:
Bad data structure !
I chandge the field name has it on TXNewsletters, but it not work.
I did export from TXNewsletters to CVS and i saw that the it’s ";" between the fileds, but on my CSV that i’d export from outlook it isn’t.
How can i import it the best way?
The csv file that TXNewsletters imports must be in exactly the same format as the export, including the first row. Open the outlook CSV in a text editor and hopefully using some advanced search & replace you should be able to make it work.
One caveat, if I remember correctly the when importing a file the import stops if it encounters an email already in the system. Make sure there are no duplicates.
