FirstChildRedirect - 301 Redirect Breaks Manager

    Ok, I’m getting closer. I haven’t gone the database editing route yet but, I found that this code doesn’t cause the manager to time out:

    return $modx->sendRedirect($firstChildUrl, 0,'','301 Moved Permanently');


    Taking off "HTTP/1.0" fixes it. But the problem is, this is still coming up as a 302 redirect when I check it. I’ve also tried "HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently". That breaks the manager as well. Running out of ideas here.

      Sounds to me like a mod_security or suhosin security issue. These Apache security modules scan the POST values being returned from any form and refuse whatever they are configured to refuse.

        Susan,
        Making any of the edits found on that page to my .htaccess file causes the server to return a 500 error.
