Earlier in the year I posted a hack I made to the Doc Manager module (for 0.9.6.3) to allow the purging of individual deleted documents rather than having to use the global purge all deleted documents. This was a particular request by a client and I can see how this could be useful in some situations.
So now that the glorious 1.0.0 has been released I’ve hacked the new Doc Manager to do the same. The amended module is attached to this post. Simply overwrite the assets/modules/docmanager folder.
The following files have been amended:
- classes/dm_backend.class.php
- js/docmanager.js
- lang/english.inc.php
- template/misc.tpl
I have also only added text to the English language files but the array values added are:
- Line 87: $_lang[’DM_other_dropdown_purge’] = ’Purge Deleted Docs’;
- Line 102: $_lang[’DM_other_purge_radio1’] = ’Purge’;
- Line 103: $_lang[’DM_other_purge_radio2’] = ’n/a’;
- Line 150: $_lang[’DM_process_purge_error’] = ’Something went wrong while trying to remove deleted documents!’;
- Line 151: $_lang[’DM_process_purge_notdeleted’] = ’The documents you tried to purge are not deleted!’;
- Line 164: $_lang[’DM_log_purge’]=’Document Manager: Deleted documents purged.’;
