Is there a Snippet that would allow me to insert Google analytics thru each document within the site?

The Google Analytics plugin found in the Extras section will do exactly that.

or place a [*GA*] TV at the bottom of your template
and then place all the GA code snippet in your TV.

I’ve put my Google Analytics and other tracking codes in a chunk (and the chunk in the template, of course) and it works fine.
