TV URL with Hyperlink widget as a parameter

Hey,
I am calling my snippet from template and give some TV type URL with Hyperlink Widget as a parameter value. The problem is, that from the snippet site it always is only and sometimes string ;|
But when i display it normaly from template it is fine and generating hole link. Why this is happening?

That’s because a snippet cannot have = in its parameters.

Ok i see. I have other question. How can I set to default value for TV Url the "http://" prefix? Is there any way to do it by Hyperlink Widget?
Or any values to put in "values area options" ?
