SMF forum and modx integration

Hello,
I have integrated SMF within MODx using the detailed instructions found in http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,14143.0.html.
I use the snippet bellow to embed SMF within a MODx template. SMF comes up fine within the MODx template but as soon as I click on a SMF link, the MODx template definition disappears and SMF uses the full window.
What am I doing wrong?

can you post link of your smf integration?
i tried much to integrate, with no results..
