Plugin is not executing...

I’m working on the WebLoginPE Snippet, and specifically, I’ve written a plugin to handle some of the database interaction after a user updates their profile. Previously, I had successfully tied my plugin to the OnWebSaveUser event -- my code grabbed some of the form values and did some fun stuff with them. It worked.

Now, however, it seems like the plugin isn’t executing at all. I even added some gook at the front of the file to see if I could get MODx to generate an error... but nothing. I save my profile, and the plugin doesn’t execute, and my custom data handling never happens. Anyone have any idea what might be going on? I don’t think I changed anything from what was working last week... but I might be going senile...

at first check your plugin code, it should’t include "<?php" and "?>" lines. then try to place one simple code



inside plugin code, and look in Reports->Event Log if your will see "MyCoolPlugin" which means that your plugin was executing correct.

When I looked in the event log (Reports --> System Events) I saw a bunch of entries in there for my plugin... whoops. I must have broken something without realizing it. Thanks for the pointer!
