webcam stream

Any moduls or plugin that enables realtime live streaming of webcam video ?
I mean streaming due users url channels, like on www.justin.tv.
Unlimited channel creation, live ajax chat is also possible.
I saw some third party platform that coudl be sutiable for that ? www.videowhisper.com (see live streaming modul).
Basicly, every adult cam software is working on this principe, the difference is just that adult cams are watched in chat rooms, and justin.tv is watched on streaming channels and users profile.
It is flash video, all would be installed on dedicated server with Red5 preinstalled.

Nothing exists right now for that application in MODx.
