My site structure:

Question:

If user stay on page "Services" how to show Services news (News->Services->service news n)

Have you looked at the ListIndexer Snippet? It is included with MODx. You call it with something like this:

Where 34 is the document id of your News/Services page.

You can change its settings so it returns the date or the description from the documents. If you need more flexibility, you can use Ditto or WayFinder.
