MODx Browser (file selection) settings?

The MODx file browser seems to have gone wonky on me... it was working earlier today, but no longer. When I click to select an image for a TV or when I want to choose a static resource, the MODx file browser shows me only the *files* at the root of my site, not the folders. Normally, I’d navigate to the assets folders and choose my images from there. The permissions on the server look good. There are no errors in the MODx log.

Anyone have any idea what might be affecting this? Some system setting?
