Having problem insalling paypal Donate button.

Hello,

I am trying to install the code for paypal donate button in on of the pages in the website,
I was trying to do it from the page editor (html section) with no succsses, it does not save it .

Is there any way to do it ?

If it is not saving then it may be a mod_security problem. See this from the wiki for some insight on mod_security:

Turn off WYSIWYG, and copy the code. If you’re using XHTML doctype, remember to close the input tags.

e.g. this official example here: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_pdn_donate_techview_outside
is still using HTML 4 style tags, i.e. <input .... > instead of <input ... />

What you also could try is set tinyMCE "auto-cleanup" to no (manage resources > plugins > tinymce > configuration). tinyMCE has the bad habit to inject all kinds of nonsense tags if you don’t disable it.

If you’re using the same button on all pages, save the code in a chunk.

Thanks , I manage to do so with adding "SecFilterEngine Off
" to the .htaccess file
