Hi

Can someone shed any light with using the phx plugin which I’ve installed. Im wanting to format the unixtime to a readable format...

My current Ditto call is as follows

[[Ditto? &parents=`71` &depth=`1` &dateSource=`EventStartDate` &sortBy=`EventStartDate`]]

What im not sure about is how I use the phx plugin to format my unixtime tv EventStartDate??

Can someone help please....

Hi.

1st - If you use Input Type - date for your TVs, you need to use unixtime widget in TVs options. Date strored in DB in string not timestamp format, Ditto dateSource must be unix timestamp.

2nd - Using PHx in Ditto tpl - [+EventStartDate:date=`%d.%m.%Y`+] (look for strftime() php function).

You don’t have to use PHx plugin, if you want to format it in your Ditto template.
Check the &dateFormat parameter, with which you can format [+date+] placeholder in your Ditto template.

You don’t have to use PHx plugin, if you want to format it in your Ditto template.

Also PHx is available to use within Ditto tpl by default, so you would not need to install the plugin to use it in this way. wink
