how to let users adding a new blog insert images

I am using the form blog chunk which uses newspublisher to post blogs but i cant seem to figure out how to let users insert html to show images hosted elswhere. If i could just get tinymce to be thw way they input bogs or whatever way. thanks for the help

If you want them to upload the picture to your server you need to jump through some hoops. To enable the image popup without the file manager access edit the tinymce plugin > configuration

Change the Web Theme to custom and then change the button list as desired.

ok so im kinda confused on that. I dont want them to upload to my site. i want them to upload to photobucket or some other hosting but then be able to use html tags or something to post pictures in there blogs.

as of right now the users can add blogs but they just type normal text into the text input box. i would like the box to be like tinymce like in the manager that way users can just click the little picture icon to add a picture in there blog.
