Looking for a snippet for comments w/ spam filter that I can moderate..

Does anyone know of a snippet that will allow my visitors to leave comments that has some type of spam filter? Ideally I’d like to have to moderate every comment before it goes live, how is this done? Any help would be appreciated... Thanks guys!

Have you had a look at jot? Never used it, just had a quick read and it probably can do what you ask, I think...
