Is there a module that will allow users to register to add content to a modx site. Also a moderator so that he or she can select if that content can be displayed if the content is approved.

Do you mean using manager users or from the front end?

Basically lets say I am a new visitor to your site. I want to have the ability so users can register to my website and post content to already created categories. The would have the ability to upload images and stories. But before the content is posted a moderator would check the content before posting it to the site live.
