How I put a video tour in modx?

Have a look at SWFObject for embedding Flash files.

I see the swfobject snniped and I’m to try put my video to work...
but I have some js files that it are the config files. How put I the files one this snipped?

If you are talking about the js files for the snippet keep them in the directory and upload them to the server. If your flash files requires javascript then you need to make sure that the path to the file is correct according to where you place the js files.

For get this video I have one list of the files, like the image
In the folder media I have all the images
And I need to utilize the two .js files for the video work :S

I am not sure I understand, sorry. If you are referring to the js that will be used by your flash files, the paths need to be relative to index.php (modx root) since all documents are rendered from that point.
