Greetings.
I`m trying to set up a blog and I use Jot 1.1.3 snippet for comments. Currently I am using the default Jot comment form setup but I wish I could customize it.
I need to remove the "Subject" field and add an "URL" field to the form. This task is not so difficult, I guess, but I dont have an idea how to do it.
I also have some more difficult tasks i.e. I`d like to get the info from the URL field (in case a user fills it) and create a link out of it. The link should be added to the user name. To get an idea of what I`m speaking of you can visit

So, at the moment I have a two questions:
1. Is it possible to create a custom Jot form that meets my requirements using some specialized form generator (unfortunately I`m not a programmer)?
2. Are there any custom Jot comment html/java templates that have the same features that i need, so I can download and examine them?
