system event for right-click menu in document tree

It appears that the right-click menu in the document tree bypasses the system events. For example, there is an event for OnDocFormDelete which accurately recognizes when a document is marked as deleted -- as long as you have the document open in the editing view and click on the "delete" button at the top -- but the same event does not seem to be invoked when you delete a document by right clicking on the document name in the tree view. Is there an equivalent system event for the right click menu? The publish/unpublish event from the right-click menu seems to be disconnected from the publish/unpublish system events too.
