Image TVs

Hey y’all
Not sure if this is the right context for a TV query but here goes.
When creating an image based TV for association with a template, I noticed that when a file is uploaded it automagically creates a thumbnail of the uploaded image.
Can’t find out how to access this image through the TV call - any suggestions or links to documentation out there?

If you need thumbnails there is a better solution: You should give DirectResize a try.

From what I gather most of this can be achieved through gd libraries anyways - just wondering if there was a way to access the thumbnail images via a TV (short of a php ereg_replace of the url) as these were already being generated automatically.
