Using MODx tags inside a module

Hi all,

I am trying to create a backend to manage/edit databases which are queryied in the frontend.
I saw Susan Sottwell’s nice tutorial (http://sottwell.com/database-module.html), but I have not understood this:

- is it possible to use chunks/snippets/TVs while inside a module?
- if yes, how can I do that?

I suppose it should be possible to do this - but then I could be wrong. Since a module is simply some PHP code inside a single <?php tag, I would not expect it to be parsed by MODx. So maybe there is a workaround?

You can’t exactly use document tags such as {{chunk}} etc., but you can use the API functions.

Not all API functions are documented, but you can browse through some code and look at examples.
