Via WLPE, I’m making a Collection/Wishlist area in the user’s profiles. I have consoles pages with each game, so I thought --- why not have a "Add to Wishlist!" & "Add to Collection!".
For the MySQL command, I assume I could use something like
this, but is there a line of code I could insert to not have to add the database connection info (basically, use MODx’s already exisiting connection info). All this would be doing is adding the "on" text to the field, to simulate WLPE doing it through the user account editing page.
Secondly, how would I go about having a "Add to..." button appear if "on" doesn’t exist, and a "In Your Collection!" button appear if "on" did exist? I’d bet this deals with if/else, but how would I check the actual server doing this?
