I’m really losing temper on this bug.
In Manager/resources/manage files it shows, that the path to assets folder is invalid.
Where can I fix that. In configuration settings all paths are correct.

Where excatly is path to ’manage files’ written?

It only bothers, cause now it isn’t possible to upload images and files via fckeditor...

    Tnx in advance.

What version of MODx are you running. For the latest the files are configured either at Tools > Configuration > Interface and Editor tab or in the user overrides for each user.

Actually, your error is quite different; one is regarding an invalid path (as the subject clearly states), while your error is clearly a Permission denied error. Sounds like the user executing the PHP process does not have permission to read from the directory specified. Check your permissions on the path you specified, i.e. /data/www/site10637/web/ ...

Roger... I thought I had fixed permissions on the web dir.. Works fine now... which permissions are actually needed?
