How pass form field values to docmanager ? Pls help ASAP

Hi all

I want to create a new document by passing formfield value as its pagetitle.
In detail;
I have one document which has one form and in it one text field and a submit button. I want to create a new document with the text field value as its [ new documents ] page title when I submit the submit button.

I am using docmanager for creating new document, but I couldn’t pass the text field value as its page title.

How can I do this...

Pls help ASAP

Why did you start a new thread about this? I thought you already got two replies in the last thread that would let you build exactly what you’re after. Maybe you could at least tell us what you’ve already tried to do (post the snippet/html/error messages/whatever)?
