Where is the "Delimited List Widget" ?

I am following instructions on adding Template Variables to some of my template pages, and one of the instructions is to Select the "Delimited List Widget"... however, the instructions seem to assume people know where this is, and I am at a loss. Can anyone help?


Edit: I am using Revolution, following this :

It looks like they are saying there is a Widget section in the Template Variables (based on their picture?) but I see nothing.

When creating a TV in Revolution: select ’Text’ as your ’Input Type’ and in the ’Output Type’ select ’Delimiter’ and then type your own Delimiter, which would be , in the example you are following.
