setup folder missing?

Hi am a newby to ModX, and I have searched but cannot see an answer so here goes.

I have downloded MODx Revolution 2.0.6-pl2 from the downloads page. I have extracted all of the files and uploaded them, however I dont have a /setup folder. I downloaded the package again to confirm and the setup folder is missing.

Am I doing something stupid, or is this folder missing from this build?

I should also add that its the traditional download that I have, not the Advanced.

I can confirm the setup folder is there.

Have just done 3 installs of Revo 2.0.6 PL2 all extracted a /setup folder and installed no problem.

2 on localhost and 1 on shared hosting service.
