Ok - so I got all the rubbish on the hosting side taken care of. I have two things left and I think we’re golden.
1) How do I change the address where the SPF form is going?
and
2) How do I style out the thank you page?
Sorry for the time in between posts, it’s been a crazy week at work.

Set the &recipientArray parameter (property)
2) How do I style out the thank you page?
assets/components/spform/css/spform.css.
Or (better) you can make a copy of that file and specify the copy in the &cssPath parameter (property). That way it won’t be overwritten by upgrades.
The Tpl chunk is spfresponseTpl. Again, if you want to change it, you duplicate it and specify the duplicate in the SPFResponse snippet’s &spfresponseTpl property.
