AjaxSearch Problem with Internet Explorer

Hi!
I`m having problems with the AjaxSearch Snippet. With Firefox the snippet is working great, but with all Internetexploreres i have tried there is a problem. It seems that the snippet is searching all the time - The wheel which indicates an active search is spinning and the "stop search button" is showing always - so does the window for the search result.
Im starting the snippet with the following snippet call:
[[AjaxSearch? &ajaxSearch=`1` &ajaxSearchType=`0`]].
Im using Modx 0.96...

Maybe someone can help me solving this problem. Would be realy nice!

No one got an idea?
I have another problem with the Search Snippet. If i switch off the Ajax Search by using this command :
[[AjaxSearch? &language=`german` &ajaxSearchType=`0` &ajaxSearch=`0` &AS_landing=`14` &addJscript=`0`]]
the search is functioning only one time! If i had searched for a word it is not possible to search for another word.
Maybe someone can help me with that!

solved the "only one time searching" problem by setting the result page to be not cacheable. But i`d rather use the nice ajax search....

There is an issue with AjaxSearch working on any page that is cacheable in 0.9.6 -- there is a bug with the registration of the javascripts which duplicates the code if the snippet is called uncached, i.e. [!AjaxSearch!] on a cached page.
