Cookie plugin

Hi honeys,

I’m wondering if there is already some type of cookie plugin that would enable me to implement snippets into a template regarding to the fact if a cookie is set or if it’s not (and set them, of course). Does this already exist in any way or do I have to do my first public MODx plugin?

I’m not aware of one but the usefulness of it would be great. Dimmy recently did a set of snippets for Sessions that might provide a starting point.

I made a plugin similar to this that uses Sessions. I am sure you could modify it to use Cookies (I am planning on it). You can have it run modx->runsnippet instead of setting the TV.
