Hi there! I have a question - is it possible (or is anywhere a script (module,snippet) ) to create automatically with registration a page for user, where he can post, left and edit comments??

Install the demo content and it’s done for you with a minor amount of tweaking.

it works like that - you are registering on a site, after you have entered your details and hitted submit button you can login on a site and post at newly created page. Do you know how WordPress MU works?

Like I said, the demo content could be tweaked to enable multi-user blogging. Mostly minor changes to the Ditto call to list more than one parent directory. It’s the same exact way we built the blog at the main MODx site. You’d need to use manager users for simplicity though.
