Hello!
I tried installing Modx 3 times and I’m still getting the same errors.
I went through all the forums but nothing seemed to work.
I have the following: MySQL version 5.0.51b, and the Apache version is 2.2.8
I downloaded modx 2.0.6-pl advanced revolution.
I was able to reach the Installation summary where I get the following PDO errors:
Warning: PDOStatement::execute() [pdostatement.execute]: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry ’settings_version’ for key 1 in C:\wamp\www\modx-2.0.6-pl\core\xpdo\om\xpdoobject.class.php on line 1293

I would really appreciate if anyone can help me.
I have had this error since last year :S
Thanks!
Hello!
Thanks for your prompt response!
Before I upgrade MySQL, I went through the link that you sent me.
There is a line that says: "If you are getting PDO-related error messages during install, before proceeding to specific error messages as below, please confirm that your PDO configuration is setup correctly. You can do so by running this code (replace user/password/database/host with your setup):"
The code that is given in the documentation, where do I put it? It isn’t clear.
Thank you so much!
Regards,
Fida
I created a php file called pdo and I copy and pasted the code, then I opened it through my web browser..I got an empty screen.
I guess it means the problem is from MySQL it needs upgrading correct?

No, it should echo an error message if there is a problem.
It didn’t echo anything.
Does it mean that the problem is from MySQL?
Thanks!!

If it returns nothing, your PDO (PHP extension-ish) is set up correctly.
So I’d try to upgrade your MySql to anything but 5.0.51.
