is it possible to have a folder for uploaded images/files for every document group?
now every user can se and use all pictures.

Can you explain a bit more in detail, including how it deviates from the standard behavior of MODx, what you hope to achieve? The answer is almost always a qualified "yes" meaning it will take some custom module or plugin creation on your part.

what interface you are talking about? The rte?

The simple solution for this would be to:
- Create a folder for the user in the images folder (example: [tt]/images/user_a/[/tt]).
- Create a new user ([tt]user_a[/tt]).
- Under Security>Manage Users>User>File Manager Path: enter the path to the folder.
- Save the user profile.
Now when the user opens the file manager they will be taken directly to the specified directory and should not be able to back out to lower levels.
