is it possible to have diffrent menus for every document group on the same place?

Use a TV to contain the Wayfinder call, set its default value to @INHERIT. Give your templates access to it.
Now, for each group’s container document, edit the TV and use the Wayfinder’s &startId=`xx` argument, where xx is the container’s ID. Now all of the documents in that group will show the menu for that group.
