Implamenting Zillow and MODx

I was looking to see if anyone has successfully implamented some of the nifty features that Zillow provides with modx? You can get more details on zillow at www.zillow.com and information in their APIs can be found here http://www.zillow.com/howto/api/APIOverview.htm This is a bit similar to the Google api but has way more features and is geared towards real estate. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will be working on implementing this into MODx.
