ListIndexer "see through unpublished docs" not working

Hi,

In 0.9.5, the "see through unpublished documents" parameter doesn’t work according to the docs in the snippet.
I have:

[[ListIndexer? &LIn_root=`42` &LIn_depth=`2` &LIn_mode=`full` &LIn_dir=`DESC` &LIn_title=`Upcoming and recent maintenance plans` &LIn_showDate=`1` &LIn_sQty=`4` &LIn_fQty=`4` &LIn_seeThru=`1`]]

Folder root "42" has 2 unpublished documents, and I would like ListIndexer to show them, regardless, even though the docs are unpublished.

If I publish one of the documents it shows it fine.
In the snippet, it shows:

$seeThruUnpub = (isset($LIn_seeThru))? $LIn_seeThru : $seeThruUnpub ;

so the parameter seems to be OK - have tried it as "`1`", "1", and "`true`" but none work.

I’m going to try and fix it but if anyone else has come across it and sorted it before me....

I couldn’t quite figure out what the line before this lot was doing, but the answer seemed to lie in:
```
// Published
if ($seeThruUnpub)
{
	$recentSql .= "$tbl.published = 0 ";
} else {
	$recentSql .= "$tbl.published = 1 ";
}
```
This works now - can the maintainers figure out why it didn’t work using the previous code?
