ModX ContactForm Snippet

Hi,

I kind of messed the ContactForm snippet up ( ). I did not see any revert options, so i am just wondering if anyone has the default code or so way that i can revert the ContactForm snippet back to the original?

If you have a copy of the original install download, you can look in the /install directory and retrieve the snippet.contactform.tpl file - that contains the original snippet code.

Are there any other type of contact forms available? Or is the one that comes with ModX initially the only one?

You can easily build your own using eForm. It has a feedback form example in the documentation. Download it from the repository or have a look at this post for upcoming version 1.4.
