[SOLVED] After UPDATE USERS DATABASE LOST DATA

Good Morning to all forum,

today, i upgrade to modx Revo 2.0.6 (from 2.0.4 pl-2), login and works in manager for two hours without problem, and i logout.

Now i try to access with my default admin user "webmaster", but admin user is not present and i can’t LOGIN to the manager.
What happens? Anyone have same issue after the upgrade. Also i have a normal user, i try to login, but is the same situation.

for information i open mysql database with phpmyadmin, and see tha table users is empty. Any idea

Now i need to rebuild my user, how i can do. There is a way to reset and rebuild default admin user

Did you backup your MODx database before the upgrade?

If so, you should be able to make a copy of that backup file and edit it (it is a text file despite it’s file suffix). Edit that copy and delete everything except the missing table. Then use PHPmyAdmin to import just that table using the modified backup file.

You might want to reference the specific problem in the title of your subject. "Help me" is very vague and will not get the best attention from members who could be helpful...

I don’t have the backup of DB. I think to do this:

new setup and new DB, export all table excluding users related tables of my current DB to the new one. The important for me is no lost my resource and structure, chunk and templates.

Is the right way?

There is a system to rebuild default admin user

With new SETUP, i solved the problem. Import all tables exclude USERS table.

All works fine now !!!!
