I’ll keep that in mind if you ever call me up to do any repairs on your machines
Long ago in a galaxy ... oh, wait, that’s another story. Anyhow, must be 20 years ago now, I had a husband and three little kids. We had an enormous Pontiac LeMans station wagon. Best car I ever drove. Got the tires rotated. After a few days, we noticed the steering seemed a bit wobbly. Got to the friend’s house we were driving to, and checked things out. The mechanic had hired his teenage kid to work in the garage for the summer, and the dumb kid had forgotten to tighten the nuts on ALL FOUR tires! The loose nuts had allowed the wheels to move enough to almost eat through the metal between the bolt holes. There was so little metal remaining that I wonder if we would have made it one more trip to the mall. Can you imagine, big station wagon, little kids, 70 miles per hour on the turnpike, and a wheel falls off? The garage replace the wheels without argument.
I thought we already did...
