  uh ok then I guess that means that ping back is not working as as far as I know it requires xml-rpc to work.

  that’s correct - this is something I’m just starting to work on, and xml-rpc of course be involved

  in that case will xml-rpv be implimented as part of the manager or the assets?
  
  I havn’t poked through the core code yet so I’m not sure how that all works yet. And will the xml-rpc be available for other things also. For instance posting articles with somethig like wbloggar? or any number of other desktop blog posting apps?
