SOLVED: 404 errors when QuickManager closes

Not sure when this began happening, but I know that QM was working fine for some time.

Now, however, when ever I edit a page using QM+ and hit Save, the transparent window swaps out with a 404 error and doesn’t close.

If I close the editor, the page has been updated, so the editor is still working, but when I save, I get the 404 redirection.

Any ideas on what I’ve got configured wrong?

Using Evolution 1.0.0
QM+ 1.1.1

Problem was with my file permissions. Reset to 755 and errors ceased. Assuming this is due to mod_security.

Which files did you change the permissions on as i am having the same issue?
