Evolution 1.0.0 AND TinyMCE 3.2.4.1 = Table support not working!!!

Help,

I’ve just install a default version of modx evolution 1.0.0 ... and then gone into try an switch tables on in TinyMCE 3.2.4.1

in Tools, Configuration, Interface & Featurers, TinyMCE Settings
- themse = Custom
- Custom Buttons, Row 3: tablecontrols,|,hr,removeformat,visualaid,|,sub,sup,|,charmap,emotions,iespell,media,advhr,

I can see where the buttons should be ... but all i get shown are the spacers | between them ... so something isn’t quite working

Its been a while since ive done this setup ... any suggestions

I had actually written "tables" rather than "table" DOH!!!
