Sample data not installed on BlueHost with Simple Scripts?

Hi,
I’m wanting to do a clean install of Evo 1.0.0 using SimpleScripts, with Bluehost as the web server. At first glance, the install goes fine. But I had opted to install the sample data and yet all I find when the install is done is one document with the "minimal" template. I was expecting to find the sample website with blog, contact form, etc. that I saw in 0.9.x
At the risk of asking a stupid question, did I miss something? I’ve called the host company, checked the error logs, but cannot find out if/where something failed.
Has anyone else seen this?

UPDATE : A manual install of the package seems to have worked fine. So this would seem to be something specific to Simple Scripts and/or Bluehost. No need for anyone to reply...
