I have a structure:

child 1.1 (TV:var=any)
child 1.2
Parent2
child 2.1
child 2.2
Parent3
child 3.1 (TV:var=any)
child 3.2
How can I get Parents which have children with TV var=any?

Use a custom snippet. The snippet would have to find the resource ID of all resources with that TV, then get their parents.
