Revo - no thumbs

Hi

I’ve an annoying issue with my Revo sites whereby thumbnails wont display in the back or front end of TinyMCS browser and the Gallery Package.

Someone mentioned to check that phpThumb were installed on the server and ImageMagicK too.

Where should I be looking when I look at Reports > System Info > View PHPinfo
IE I did a ’find’ and can’t see any mention of either.

Can you help?

Also, can I install these myself through FTP or my Revo control panel if they are not installed?

please ensure it’s not that bug noted here: http://bugs.modx.com/issues/62
It could be that you can’t see IM or PHPthumb in MODx Info panel but it’s already installed. To ensure that you can ask your provider or look into php.ini

How can I edit / see php.ini? I’m on a shared hosting environment
